Alex is RecHero's voice co-pilot. Hold the button and ask — "I need a drill for kids who bunch up" — and Alex searches the real library and offers a swap, right into today's plan. Alex knows your bracket's rules, your team's goals, and your season. And when the library has no answer, Alex says so instead of improvising: your kids deserve real coaching, not plausible-sounding filler.

Rules we hold ourselves to.
- Never invent a coaching prescription. Every drill and every "why" traces to a real source. The coach can't evaluate made-up advice — that's exactly why they're here — so there isn't any.
- Every drill carries its why. One sentence, on the card, always: what this builds and what it does for the kid.
- Teach the rules of their game. A U9 keeper can't punt. The build-out line vanishes at U11. Heading arrives at U12. RecHero filters what doesn't belong — and teaches you what does, because even coaches who played for years never saw these rules.
- Fair play means intent, not just math. A mistake never costs a kid minutes. Play time is tracked with the reason attached, so the app can tell the imbalance you chose from the one you missed.
- Not a compliance product. No consent flows, no policy screens, no forms between you and Tuesday's practice. If it doesn't make the coaching better, it doesn't ship.
- The field has no bars. Once practice is running, everything works offline. Signal comes back, RecHero catches up.
